Rider requests are honored to the best of our ability.

Weather: Lessons will not be canceled due to wet weather but may be delayed in the event of lightning.

Horse/Rider Team: The horse does not have to be owned nor leased by the rider nor does the owner or rider need to be a TSDS member.

Attire: Approved helmets and boots (paddock boots and half chaps are acceptable) required at all times while mounted on show grounds. Neat, conservative attire is requested; jackets are optional. Shirt must have a collar and sleeves.

Pet Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 ft and may not be tied anywhere on the show grounds or stabling area.

REFUND POLICY:

TSDS requires written cancellations:  If a cancellation is necessary,  it must be requested in writing and emailed to tim@tristatedressage.org.  Cancellations received prior to the closing date (March 23rd, 2025) will be refunded less the $25 office fee.  Cancellations received after the closing date will only be refunded if lesson slot can be filled.

LESSONS: $100

STABLING: Stalls are available on show grounds for $50 per night and include bedding provided by Holly Hill.   Stalls will be assigned by management and stall cards posted before arrival.  Any horse or tack occupying a stall without a stall card or in a stall not assigned to them, will be asked to move.  Riders moving stall cards without the prior consent of show officials will be asked to leave.

Please help us keep costs down and pick stalls clean before you leave.  

HAUL-INS: There is a $20 haul-in fee for horses competing in the show

GROUNDS FEE: Holly Hill Boarders participating in shows on property will pay a $10 Grounds Fee
